The George Ajaka Group SAL (GAG) Formerly Thomas Howell Group (Lebanon) was established in Lebanon in 1993 to meet with the needs required by the reconstruction operation of The Lebanon.
Our Knowledge and experience of The Insurance Market allowed us to gradually build up a good reputation within the Lebanese Market and the nearby Countries offering all the lines of services from Risk Survey and evaluation to claims handling of any complexity.
Knowing the market and its needs, and to allow us offering the best services at competitive rates, we managed agreements with individual skilled personnel of Engineers, Doctors, Accountants, Chemists and other specialties who are recognized and brilliant in their fields to assist us whenever required on a case by case basis. Our contracted skilled associates combines their knowledge with loss adjusting skills to provide balanced and expert service to the clients.
This system and the confidence of our clients allowed us to handle many of the major claims that took place since the company was established with utmost impartiality, integrity and professional excellence.
Amongst the projects we were assigned to The Sports City of Beirut, The Lebanese University Expansion, The Rehabilitation of the Sewers of Beirut, The ESCWA building, The Sofar Bridge and other similar projects.
Our team managed to adjust Fire and storm claims where multi-million Dollars were involved.

Risk Survey and Evaluation is carried by our personnel in a modern way conveying a clear picture to underwriters commenting on several topics starting from the line of business and manufacturing mode including the weather conditions and the recommendations to ameliorate the risk.

GAG lately joined the International Arbitration Organization at Brussels represented by Counselor George N. Ajaka as an Arbitrator for International Disputes.
